Powder And Backcountry Weapon
The Double Helix is an award-winning powder and backcountry weapon that will still make arcs on the hard stuff. With elongated tips and tails and mini rocker we call Fat Head technology, the DH will change how you view powder and mixed conditions anywhere it snows. Opening to rave reviews last year, the Double Helix is now available in both a 190cm and 182cm length. We kept the signature Liberty bamboo laminate core to keep things light and powerful, while adding a quadaxial fiberglass layer for torsional rigidity at high speed. At 121mm underfoot, these skis have massive flotation but are surprisingly agile, making for a truly unique riding experience.
Colours vary by size.

Features
HRC 48 Edges – Our new, specially treated HRC 48 edges feature a new wider profile with larger anchors for greater durability and longer life.
Cab 4 – Cab Forward Stance – Our name for a progressive more centered stance needed for spinning or riding switch.
78 Degree Sidewalls – Increase edge grip with the UHMW damping from our 78 degree sidewalls. Sidewall construction is tough and affords the best combination of edge grip and turning ease we have found.
FRP – Fiber Reinforced Polymer – We use mats of this dense material under the binding area to increase screw retention and add rigidity.
Bamboo – Laminated bamboo gives tremendous rebound and energy while being environmentally friendly.
UHMW Sidewalls – Rugged and repairable material with a layer of rubber above and below for smooth riding and durability. UHMW is tougher than ABS and can be repaired if you gouge a hole in it.
P-Tex 2000 – Fast and durable sintered base from the industry leaders.
ISO – New co-extruded polyamide material is the best sublimated topsheet available.
Fat Head – Our fattest skis feature a dual radius elongated tip and tail for smooth powder riding and exceptional quickness in variable conditions. This is our term for mini rocker.
Liberty Hard Core – Liberty Core with the addition of extra quadaxial fiber to increase torsional rigidity for our wider skis. This is ideal for the greater forces and higher speeds that our wider skis encounter.
